I had an engineer turn up and he replaced the connections outside as well as a splitter near the router. So far (apart from once) everything seems to be working. Hub 5 dropping out - Logs attached I like others are having issues with my internet. It keeps dropping out for a few minutes or so. When I had a Hub 3 it was pretty stable, but the WiFI was useless. I paid to upgrade to a Hub 5 and decided to stay with VM (oh how I wish I hadn't). We had a Hub3 which was stable but WiFi was non existent, so we paid for a HUb5 upgrade. I get drop outs daily and use the broadband for work purposes as well. I have complained and they are currently monitoring the line for a week. I don't think it will help as I think the Hub5 is just Sh*t and has loads of problems. Hub upgrade from 3 to 5 - has anyone done it after new contract Today I contacted VM as my current deal was coming to an end (Think it's Maxit TV with 250MB BB) After reviewing everything and being offered a deal on M500 as I said I would change to broadband only from TV/phone/Broadband. We have various streaming apps and can watch normal TV via Freeview anyway. Anyhow, I asked if I could upgrade my hub from the very poor WiFi Hub 3 to a Hub 5. The agent said I would need to speak to Tech support, but I didn't want to sign up and then be told no you can't upgrade after. Has anyone had an joy with upgrading Hubs? As it stands from today I'm in my 30 day notice period which is a shame as the broadband has been good except for the poor WiFi, but other companies all have WiFi6 routers. TV360 EPG I wanted to record something on Eurosport 2 tonight, but the epg is wrong. Is there a way to update it so it shows the correct information or is it just VM being lazy. Am I right in saying that if VM can essentially charge you pretty much your full contract if you resigned up after April 2023 and maximum £288 if you signed up before?
