We got a new 360 box about a month ago to replace the Tivo and the instructions said to return the old equipment if it was one of several types (the Tivo wasn't listed). It pointed us to a recycling page with info on disposal, so we disposed of it. Now we have received a request to return the Tivo. Thanks, I'll try the Yodel return form. We had a lot of problems with the mini box. First it wouldn't connect to our account, then after a week that was sorted, but then it wouldn't play any recorded TV, and 95% of the time it wouldn't let you even set a recording. It just said it couldn't connect to the other box (the V6). We complained, and they replaced the mini with a V6, which is much better as we how have our own recording on each box instead of the insane way the mini box was sharing everyone's recordings with everyone else. Returning 360 mini box? We recently replaced an old Tivo with a 360 mini (we have a V6 box in another room). We had it for a week, but ended up getting the mini replaced with a V6 box. Now we have the two V6 (360) boxes being used, but the mini is only a week old and is sat in a box. We don't know what to do with it. Will VM arrange a collection? We have the cardboard box, unused cables, and a new unused V6 remote here with the almost unused 360 Mini-box. Surely they don't want us to throw them in a skip? SolvedRe: What's up with email? I couldn't get on yesterday, with the errors people have mentioned. I didn't create any new passwords or anything, I just closed it. Today I tried again, and it says the password is wrong. I don't think it is, but I'll double check when I get home. I can still get emails from home with my Email Client on my PC, and my phone also gets them, but Webmail I use from work fails with a ID/password error. I tried deleting all the virgin media cookies, but no change.
