ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Returned Equipment Thanks for your help in resolving this Returned Equipment I had a fault on 4th September and on a phone call to customer service they arranged to send replacement kit.Very shortly afterwards the problem was resolved and I called back to cancel the order , I was assured this had been done and the order would not be sent. However on 6th September I received a package via Yodel with new kit. I opened it to get the returns label , and left a note inside saying this order was cancelled , no kit was used. I took it to a Yodel parcel office the same day. It was received by Virgin at 11.21 on 10/9/25. However today I have received a text and an email saying it has not been returned and I will be billed £90 The return email address shown mailto:email@virginmedia.co.uk sends an automated reply saying no emails are read !!! Please help in cancelling this erroneous charge. Thanks SolvedProblems logging into account/email? I have gone through the new set up procedure and linked my accounts and logged in. However my account details have always been against my ntlworld address , I cannot log in with that it says it is invalid..The new Virginmedia/O2 login shows my account , but no account details appear as they are linked to ntlworld. What is happening ????? Re: Being overcharged as contract not updated The same thing happened to me TWICE and I did use the link sent in the texts to accept the deals. A bill dated today has just been issued for the out of contract price !!! And 45 mins ago complaints contacted me but had "technical issues" with the phone line and said they would call back in 2 mins - guess what !! Contract Expired My contracted was due / and has now expired on 27th May. On 28th April via live chat I negotiated a new 18 month contract for £140 month. I thought it strange that those contract details did not appear on my account , I had received the pre contract email etc and agreed it via the text message sent. After 27th May my account showed that I was out of contract. Contacted via live chat again and this time was offered a 2 year contract of £141.50 , will a rolling credit of £1.50 , this was on 27th , but my account still shows out of contract !!! . I have lodged a complaint , but have had no reply to that so far... What is going on ! SolvedRe: Ordered Remote,got a cable! Hi @John_GS Unfortunately still not sorted , I have received the remote control , but so far instead of receiving a power cord / AC adapter to connect from the wall socket to the TV360 box to power it as requested , I have received 1 x coax cable , 1 x HDMI able , and 1 "PSU (Power Supply Unit)" which is to make the wall socket live. Ordered Remote,got a cable! Can this Company get anything right ? I ordered a new remote and power lead last week , agreed to pay £9.99 was told delivery in 3-5 days. Today I receive an envelope with a co-oxial cable !! Back onto Whatsapp and they admit to the error. Then had a very confusing exchange about return of the cable and re ordering the correct items. Now have an order number which does not show up. Will see what I receive if anything next week...
