Returned Equipment
I had a fault on 4th September and on a phone call to customer service they arranged to send replacement kit.Very shortly afterwards the problem was resolved and I called back to cancel the order , I was assured this had been done and the order would not be sent. However on 6th September I received a package via Yodel with new kit. I opened it to get the returns label , and left a note inside saying this order was cancelled , no kit was used. I took it to a Yodel parcel office the same day. It was received by Virgin at 11.21 on 10/9/25.
However today I have received a text and an email saying it has not been returned and I will be billed £90
The return email address shown mailto:email@virginmedia.co.uk sends an automated reply saying no emails are read !!!
Please help in cancelling this erroneous charge.
