He fitted something to the line in at the router, but this hasn't fixed the problem. During a Teams meeting this afternoon I lost all connectivity, very briefly, then later the speed/quality dropped then recovered. The dropouts are really short duration and affects all connected devices. Realspeed cannot now connect to the Hub and ThinkBroadband Quality Monitor is still showing a lot of latency spikes and a high average latency. It's not just me, my nextdoor neighbour is having exactly the same problem, so I seems to be an issue outside of my property. Help! Router shot? Hub 4. Intermittent buffering issues over Wi-Fi VM Connect unable to connect to the HUB (tried all the re-boots/reinstall). Cannot access the router set-up (tried different browsers and devices) 100% Packet loss on Broadband Quality Monitor Real speed seems OK, although sometimes fails to connect the router. Re: Unable to login to router and connect app won't connect Hi Odd, I can log in via my laptop but not desktop (both on WiFi). Phone app still showing hub not found. Thanks Re: Unable to login to router and connect app won't connect Same here, blank screen after logging into the router and the Connect App gave up the ghost some time ago, so cannot check my Pods are working properly. Done the re-boot and app reinstall thing. Re: Ongoing pixellation issues Many thanks for this. Best wishes Re: Ongoing pixellation issues Hi Japitts Thanks for the response. Yes, been through the list of things and nothing showing in my area. The app shows an issue with the boxes but not automatic fix available. Hopefully a member of staff will pick this up, can't face the helpline again! Ongoing pixellation issues Been having this problem with both my boxes for quite a while now. Using the app to test the equipment doesnt work and when I got through to the fault line they could see issues with my set-up. Spent ages going through various options and ended with re-setting the router - of course that just cut the phone connection so the call to the help line was lost. Losing the will to live on this one, think I need a site visit! Re: 403 Forbidden on webmail (Again) All worrking thanks Re: 403 Forbidden on webmail (Again) I'll try it again - thanks
