Can someone contact me by pm, so I can finalize my virgin media package, which I have a complaint ref no Been asked to scan qr code, which takes me to my whatsapp, but not getting anywhere I'm happy to go ahead with the new arrangement, so just need to the t&c sent to me, for my approval

Can I cancel Sky Cinema, even if on a new 18 month contract
At the end of March I took a new 18 month contract, to allow me to get TV360 box, along with sky cinema which was part of a older contract, from 3 years back Right now I'm hardly watching any of the sky cinema channels, and paying around £21 per month, with a £6 discount Am I able to cancel sky movies, or does this affect my 18 month contract

Do I need to return my tivo box
I recently upgraded top TV-360, and happy with my new box, and service, but What do I do with my Tivo box, which I no longer need, and have checked, help From what I can make out, I can either recycle the box, or bin the box

So last week I took up a new virgin media offer, but what I took, and received as a contract, isnt what I have been given, second contract, totally different Should be swapping my TIVO box for a TV360 box, and even in the first contract, it specifies TV360, but in the final contract, it back to TIVO
