Change of package

Can someone contact me by pm, so I can finalize my virgin media package, which I have a complaint ref no 

Been asked to scan qr code, which takes me to my whatsapp, but not getting anywhere

I'm happy to go ahead with the new arrangement, so just need to the t&c sent to me, for my approval
