Change package,
I am on 360 box, Netflix, sky entertainment, kids pack, maxi tv etc, to put it simply, now as my contract had expired, it is far too expensive to continue. I contacted Virgin to look at a change, but to be honest I was unable to understand the gentleman, all that I managed to hear was something like £105 for something,
I basically need to downgrade and just have broadband, it is getting far too expensive for us now.
How do I? -- or more to the point, Can I down grade to just having Virgin broadband. I have been with em forever - well it seams,
