Change of package, not as finalized

So last week I took up a new virgin media offer, but what I took, and received as a contract, isnt what I have been given, second contract, totally different

Should be swapping my TIVO box for a TV360 box, and even in the first contract, it specifies TV360, but in the final contract, it back to TIVO
