Am based in Teesside, (The North East) The engineer who changed the 360 box last month checked the cables and mentioned the signal was on the low side, but should be ok. I logged a problem with picture and sound problems in December and the 360 box got replaced, this seemed to work for a while, but over the last few weeks the problem has returned and is getting worse by the day, on all channels, not just on Sky Sports like it was originally and it keeps flashing up a message that says it can't connect to the channel, please try again later. Re: Picture and Sound Thanks Japitts, aye it is currently all working fine, (kept having problems with apps signing themselves out after a day and channels losing their logos, but that has calmed down lately), I suspect it is a cable/signal fault. Re: Cant record Sounds like the hard drive is failing, I have managed to keep mine limping along by doing a full factory reset, (try doing a reset and choose to keep your recordings 1st). I had to do a full reset though. Picture and Sound Is anybody else experiencing problems with picture and sound on all channels (360 box)? The picture keeps pixalating and the sound keeps cutting out when it does. I have reset the box multiple times due to constant issues I have been having with it and it is no better. Just to make matters even worse, I now have no broadband (hub flashing red) and error code CS2004 on the TV with a disconnection error flashing on the 360 box) Re: Error code CS2214 Hi Newapollo, I will reset the box again over the weekend, but I think the fact the box started displaying problems 2 months ago and a full reset was needed to fix it all points to a failing drive. Just a quick question, how come when I did the full reset it also wiped all recordings from my 360 box upstairs? Why would it do that?
