Error code CS2214
Hi, the 360 box in the front room will no longer pause or rewind live TV, I can no longer record anything or watch previously recorded programs, ('Error CS2214 - Failed to play recording. There's an issue playing this recording. Please try again'). The box says recording space is full, I deleted over half of the programs, but no space got cleared and after a restart, the deleted programs had returned. I have tried a factory reset, (but kept recordings), but it changed nothing and I have also restarted my router, although how this would affect watching a program on the hard drive I don't get. Is anyone else having this problem and how was it fixed please? Is the hard drive faulty? Thank you SteRe: Wifi pod plug
The phones are absolutely pointless especially when you are trying to explain what you need to someone in a call centre not based in the UK. I assumed that I was asking for something that would be easy to replace, obviously not. My contract is up in March anyway, so after 20 years am leaving Virgin, especially now when you can't get a basic part replaced.Wifi pod plug
(For the attention of a Mod) Hi, is there any chance I could have a new plug sent for my wifi pod? My dog has chewed through the cable. I have tried to get one online, but despite ordering the exact serial/model number the connection won't fit the pod as it is too fat, (waste of 15 quid). Thank you
