I haven't contacted O2 as all arrangements have been made directly with Virgin and I wouldn't know what to say to O2 anyway as I don't know if they know the deal Virgin have with me. Re: where's my SIM Daniel Your collegue is excellent regarding Virgin TV issues, but she will readily admit to not being expert with O2 issues. That's why I came to this Virgin Mobile forum. I still have no progress, so I don't know what else to do. It seems that Virgon don't want mobile customers, as all I want is a SIM as agreed over two weks ago. I have my PAC ready and a new SIM was to be sent to enable the switch. But no SIM has been received. Can someone look into this please as it is so difficult to speak with customer services by phone. I previously paid Netflix through Virgin and it appears I am now paying for Netflix twice as the previous charge to Netflix is still being paid under Streaming services on my bill. How can I stop the streaming charge without cancelling my Netflix account. Solved
