where's my SIM

Over a week ago I repackaged my Virgin contract and as part of it I am to transfer my existing mobile from EE to Virgin (O2). I have my PAC ready and a new SIM was to be sent to enable the switch. But no SIM has been received. Can someone look into this please as it is so difficult to speak with customer services by phone.
