I tried both Chrome and Edge with the same outcome. I tried other laptops and got the same message. I used the change app password 3 times advice recommended elsewhere on this forum (twice) with no success. I've just had a call back from VM (as I rang yesterday - they advised they couldn't fix so escalated to the IT team). They talked me through a fix which involved changing my app password again (just the once), and when that didn't work (this is on a different laptop) they said that lots of people are experiencing the same issue and that there is a problem at the VM side which the tech team are working on and that if I try again in 24-48hrs it should be working again. I can't access my email on my laptop as I get a 'Forbidden' when using either my saved link or the link from My Virgin media. Random, so appear to be any but mostly Netflix Have you been into the audio settings in the box to see if anything is unticked or not?
