As long as you can remember your memorable word you can speak to a human quite easily - when the bot asks you what you want in a few words just say 'need an agent' or similar (they didn't understand the word 'human' in my case though) - this seems to come after that stuff about phones changing over. I eventually spoke to a human last night but not sure how helpful they were in my case as they disputed my bill that I had in front of me as they said it should have a due date but in my case it had the due date as 'NOW'. After 3 phone calls I gave up but you might find someone who may help. Signing in I went through similar to you though re the app etc and it took a few goes - it was as if it was 'learning' as I went, or felt like it Re: Is it possible to speak to a human being??? I managed to get through to humans after over an hour and then began using 'speak to an agent' - this was near the beginning when they ask to say in a few words what you want. Mind you speaking to humans was pretty poor too - I spoke to 3 of them. Partly due to the fact I couldn't remember my memorable word (despite correctly responding to their item re 3 password letters, which they said were all wrong even though I logged on with them). Then they disputed that my bill due date didn't have a date on it but only had the word 'NOW'. I eventually got fed up of being patronised by the last guy and cut him off (he disputed there were issues with stuff I asked about). Am still at a loss as to how I can have a memorable word that has 12 letters too Struggling to speak to a human being I have several issues (surprise surprise) and need to speak to a human. I nearly threw my precious phone across the floor just now. You can't even press to leave any more. I assume you just press a button online. I want to speak to someone about my billing but not a bot Re: Struggling to speak to a human being I several questions to ask virgin but I can't even ask them if I am leaving as there isn't an option and even then I can't remember my password. Re: Virgin Pixilation on Most Channels except streaming Apps Yes same in Cardiff and ended up watching live TV/Freeview. It's bad enough that on neither my phone and tablet I can't watch TV Go anymore (haven't for weeks). It's all getting a bit tiresome Signed in eventually but now supposedly no signal After faffing around getting to sign on again to TV Go over the last 2 weeks, there's no signal supposedly yet the WiFi elsewhere for everything else is fine. Is there still a glitch or something to deal with Re: Unable to sign in to Virgin go App on Samsung Galaxy Tab For the first time in 2 weeks have managed to sign in. It was a palaver though as had to do it twice and very long winded. Twice because it took me down a rabbit hole of screens Re: Unable to sign in to TVGO Mine is the same - it just stopped working when I was already signed in and won't let me back in. Mind you I have forgotten my password and can't even change it on virgin media now either to one I remember Re: Can't get into TV GO app I can no longer attempt to change my password for virgin media either to try to reset everything on either my tablet and phone. I spent well over a frustrating hour trying to last night night, an hour I can't get back Re: Can't get into TV GO app Tried the link. Still unable to get on to the app and now its well over a week and can't get on with either my phone or tablet. So nothing. And what is it with asking Virgin as their bot is useless
