"FREE" Volt Sim card charges.

I have contacted both VM and O2 customer services on the subject but hit dead ends with agent / helpers..

On renewing my volts VM package recently, I was advised by the agent we are now entitled to a free, unlimited sim card. When I queried how this works, I was told - the same as when I took a free sim card in October 2022 ; that O2 would bill me but I was to have a corresponding credit from VM.

That didn't happen. I now realise I have been charged without the credit. O2 will not listen to me. I need to be refunded and need the FREE sim to be confirmed as free / no cost before taking up the new offer.

Hi @VM909 thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

It is true that the SIM Card is payable directly to O2, we can look into this for you but we would need to try and find some evidence to support so we can look to credit the difference if necessary.
