"FREE" Volt Sim card charges.
I have contacted both VM and O2 customer services on the subject but hit dead ends with agent / helpers..
On renewing my volts VM package recently, I was advised by the agent we are now entitled to a free, unlimited sim card. When I queried how this works, I was told - the same as when I took a free sim card in October 2022 ; that O2 would bill me but I was to have a corresponding credit from VM.
That didn't happen. I now realise I have been charged without the credit. O2 will not listen to me. I need to be refunded and need the FREE sim to be confirmed as free / no cost before taking up the new offer.
