had virgin fitted well over a month ago and still no free gift of an xbox . could anyone at virgin please help . any help would be much appreciated
has anyone on here had there free xbox delivered 🤔

Once your gift has been despatched, it should be delivered to you within 14 days. This means there can be a total of 42 days from the installation of your service before the expected arrival of your gift.
