O2 confirmed my Volt benefits were active on 06/08/2024 but are still not active on my virgin media broadband Any ideas how long this takes to activate?

Sorry to hear of the missing Volt benefits on our side - these would usually expect to be added within 14 days of the O2 benefits being added.

Check out the envelope in the top right hand corner and I'll be happy to look into this for you, to see if the benefits arrive when the 14 day period comes to an end.
