Hi,
About a month a go, I made the switch to O2 from another mobile provider. Shortly after making the switch, I requested Volt be applied to O2 and Virgin packages and within a few days my O2 data had been boosted.
However, I have not seen the same update made to my broadband package / speeds. It has been more than 14 working days since my O2 data was boosted, so am unclear what needs to happen for Volt to be applied to my Virgin media package?
Any help / guidance would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear of the issues with the Volt benefits not being added to your Virgin Media services.
