There are several posts on here over a long period of time who have placed orders via their VM account for an O2 SIM and broadband upgrade to access Volt.
These orders are often not being processed - despite order references being emailed along with contract documents. VM help team then have no record of these orders, even after the 14 days cooling off/order update period.
We are literally trying to give VM/O2 our business and and they cannot even capture orders. Does anyone from VM read all of these messages and join the dots?
Any help or advice would be much needed, I've wasted way too much time on this.
