Volt speed boost not applied

Joined virgin in my name on 17th June. Volt benefits already active on my o2 but no speed boost on broadband yet can anyone from Virgin look in to this for me please?

I have hearing loss so calling on the phone isn't much good to me  so hope someone on here can help.
