Volt benefits

Back in 2022 I renewed my Virgin TV / Broadband and was placed on a volt contract. My existing Virgin sim was replaced by an O2 sim card and billing was separated. In June 2024 I renewed my virgin media until 2025 and my contract says  on a volt mega TV package and M500 broadband.

I have now been advised by O2 that I am out of contract and I am considering cancelling the O2 sim but I cannot get to the bottom of understanding VOLT and are there any implications for my virgin media contract by switching to another mobile provider.

Can anyone clarify?

Hello calbob89.

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

This is a very good question to ask.

As a rule, both the O2 Sim and your Virgin Media service come as a bundle. However, both services are on completely different billing systems and cancelling the O2 Sim may not affect the Volt bundle.

If it does then you are welcome to get back in touch with us to look at an alternative package.
