Volt benefits

I have a new virgin media account and am an existing o2 customer. I have linked the accounts and made sure to update o2 to my new address. I called to order my free WiFi boosters as there are black spots around the house, verified by the installing engineer who put notes in the account confirming this and the SamKnows test advised by the representative on the phone. The advisor then said it would be an additional £10 per month for a booster, I reminded them of my volt benefits, they said it could take up to 2 weeks to link the accounts and to call back to get the free boosters later. Fair enough. She did advise I was already getting some of the mobile benefits (double data etc) but the virgin stuff would be available later. The problem I am having is I am now into week three, the accounts still don’t seem to have linked (I am still getting 350Mbps and cannot order boosters) has anyone had a similar issue activating your volt and how did you manage to resolve this?

We're sorry to hear that you're still waiting on your Volt benefits being applied to the VM side. 

This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security. 

I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
