Volt benefits not applied

Good Afternoon,

I signed up to an o2 sim only deal 4 weeks ago and i am still awaiting Volt benefits to be applied to my Virgin Media.

o2 have today finally added the double data to my mobile account after giving them a nudge, but i would now like the speed boost to be applied to my Virgin Media account.

Please could somebody point me in the right direction as Virgin CS are saying that i'm not eligible for the benefits.

Good luck getting them, I had a horrendous time getting them applied to my account, which then removed my upload speed addon - which is still yet to be resolved. A forum moderator should reply & message you on here when they can, they'll then ask you for your info and manually request volt which can take a further week to apply (if you're lucky, mine took longer). Are you on the new Nexfibre XGS-PON Network? That's what all the people I know are on that are having volt issues.
