I have signed up to Volt benefits on o2 but they have never been applied to our VM account. The names are different (one in mine and one in my partners) but the addresses are both the same.
I have tried resolving with the web chat but they just kept telling me to sign up on O2 which was completed in Feb 2024. Can someone assist or had similar issues?
