Volt benefits...how many?

Short and sweet:

Me on 02 and Virgin....got the uplift from 250mb to 350mb and the doubled 02 data...nice.

My son living in our house joined 02 and after a bit of hassle got the double data...in reality they didn't double it but just added 30gbs onto his 32gbs......don't think they could work out the double business.

But here's the question.....should my wifi have gone up as well from the 350mbs to 500mbs ??

Thanks for your post @ronan1966.

We would have to advise that the addition of Volt benefits only allows for one speed uplift on Virgin Media's services.

In terms of the double data with O2, this should only be awarded if this is also under the same name of the account holder for the services.

Were sorry if we have caused you any confusion with our last reply.

Providing your sons mobile account is registered at the same address as our services then it should not be an issue at all.

What I would like to do is send you a private message to pass security.

Once that has been done I can take some details form you for your son and help get his double data sorted out.

If you can check the Logo top right of your screen that would be great.

You do keep the Volt if you choose to upgrade ie pay for M350 and get Volt M500.

Thanks for the WIFI uplift response....only one boost.... we've got that.

On the double data my son got his 32gb boosted by another 30gb free of charge so if that keeps happening each month he's happy enough....if it disappears again I will PM you but for the meantime we'll leave it just running.
