Hi
Had my O2 benefits several weeks ago but I’m still waiting for my broadband speed boost.
I’m finding it impossible to speak to someone to chase. If I click on the Virgin app to say i haven’t received my Volt benefits I get an error message. Any idea how I should chase?

In order to look into this for you further, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
