Volt and Upload

Hi,

So as you all know VM customer service for adding volt and upload speed add on for XGS-PON customers

So I spent nearly a week on and off the phone trying to get volt applied as VM kept passing pillar to post.

Got that done eventually, after waiting but in the time before that I managed to get the add-on put on for the £6 as quoted and upload speed went to the 500 as expected.

2 days later the Volt Gig1 got applied and the add-on was removed, now trying to get it added again I'm pulling my hair out. I host services for friends and family and need the upload speed to have overhead and plenty of bandwidth available for friends.

Then to be told it's not available, despite me already having it.

I was able to go online place a brand new order for £42 a month with the gig1 volt and upload add on.

I have never ever dealt with such poor customer service.

And that's saying something considering I've dealt with Samsung Warranty and Vodafone.

Virgin is shocking and I was warned by friends how terrible they are but unfortunately Openreach install is delayed in my area

So you signed up for a second time despite being an existing customer? I foresee byzantine billing complications ahead if so.
