Volt Upgrade not upgraded.

Hi I joined back in July and have been trying to my Volt Upgrade sorted on and off since. O2 side no problem and in  previous discussion ran "SamKnows" getting 518 but bottom left it shows 1000 x 100 which im told is Gigabit. It would appear that my Volt has been applied from 500 to 1000 but it runs at 518 (never ran higher) can anyone help resolve this. Thx
