Like lots of others here I applied for Volt benefits and got the 02 extra data but not the Virgin broadband speed boost. I applied months ago. In fact, my partner at the same address applied for the same Volt benefits so we should, I assume, have been eligible for broadband speed boosts twice. Can a member of the team help get the speed boost applied please? Thanks.
