Can anybody help me in obtaining a second pod. I’m going round in circles, ran all the scans as per the virgin connect app. Keeps telling me I’m not home, because the internet keeps dropping in my kitchen which is why I need a second pod. Rang VM, can’t get through to an actual person. I’m tempted to leave, because my internet is not fit for purpose in the rooms I need it in.

Have you tried adding a second pod via My Virgin Media?

If you have received your first WiFi Pod and once you have set it up you are still not receiving download speeds of at least 30Mbps in every room, you can request a second WiFi Pod by signing into My Virgin Media, clicking on Your Package and following the steps in the WiFi Max tab

Hi, thanks for your response. Yes, I’ve tried several times. The problem I seem to have is my WiFi drops off in certain areas of the kitchen and then it tells me I need to be at home to run the scan. Very frustrating.
