I have scanned using the Connect app and the results by room are:
Living Room (ground floor) - download 272 Mbps, upload 26 Mbps
Office (ground floor) - download 265 Mbps, upload 26 Mbps
Dining Room (ground floor) - download 67 Mbps, upload 18 Mbps
Kitchen (ground floor) - wouldn't connect to internet, network speed on mobile phone was 2 Mbps
Downstairs Hall - wouldn't connect to internet, network speed on mobile phone was 5 Mbps
Bedroom 1 (1st floor) - download 11 Mbps, upload 9 Mbps
Bedroom 2 (1st floor) - download 29 Mbps, upload 21 Mbps
Bedroom 3 (1st floor) - download 11 Mbps, upload 8 Mbps
Upstairs Hall (1st floor) - download 30 Mbps, upload 25 Mbps

I'm very sorry to hear you're having issues with the speeds in your Home. For clarity, are all of these speed tests being done directly through the Connect App when running a "HomeScan"?
If low speeds are being identified, then the Connect App will automatically identify this, and provide you with the option to order a WiFi Pod. Are you able to send a screenshot (censoring any personal information) of what you see at the end of the HomeScan, so we can assist further?
