Hi!
Looking for some advice.
I recently renewed my contract online at the same price and with the exact same elements. I am now waiting for it to be formalised.
Today I received notification that my new kit is apparently on its way!
Bit puzzled with this. Why I would need a new kit when I am already set up?
Has anybody else encountered this situation?

Just been advised by VM that my broadband is being upgraded. This, I assume, is the reason for the new kit being sent!
It would be helpful if these details were sent to the customer BEFORE the customer is told to expect a new kit without any info as to why this is the case!
