Mis-sold a Virgin Media deal with a ‘free’ O2 sim. \

I am experiencing similar and after cancelling a direct debit from 02 that I hadn’t noticed I was being charged for, I have had payment chasing letters… I was told it was a free sim!

Sorry to hear of the unfortunate surprise of being in receipt of demands for payment from O2 for the sim card which you were to believe was without further charge.
