Poor Wifi with High Speed Test Results

I’ve had a few months now of Volt, and the speed test keeps saying that the speeds are very fast but my phone and tv keep pausing and losing connection completely. It’s so frustrating! Any advice?

I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your service and thank you again for posting. Can I just check, s this happening across just WiFi or wired connections too? Have you been able to run checks via the Connect App at all?
