I've got 'fair' patches of wifi coverage and really weak signal, so am trying to get hold of a pod under the Volt privilege, as I'm also an O2 customer. O2 account shows me as being Volt enabled but my Virgin is not showing updated package still. Had a very painful 40 minute conversation with two departments in customer services and they are just trying to flog me an £8 per month upgrade as they can't see I'm on Volt from their system (despite O2 saying I am)....can anyone suggest what I can do?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you have been unable to get our Pods which are part of our Volt Extras due to it not showing on your Virgin Media Services, once you have registered with O2 it can take up to 14 days to be added our side, when was this done Via My O2?
