I made my payment on time last month and it’s still saying I’ve got an outstanding balance which I do not! I have the email confirmation and my bank statement proof but I can’t get through to anyone to rectify this issue. Someone from Virgin media needs to contact me.

Have you checked My Virgin Media via a browser as well as via the app?

Sometimes one is updated before the other.
