Hello
I have the same problem - use the app that says I have poor connection in the bedroom. But no way of ordering a pod. And then keep going around in circles between app & website but no solution on how to order the pod that I qualify for.
Please can someone contact me to help?!

Hi Fonze1010,
Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.
Via the connect app, if this suggests a pod is needed, it should direct you to add WiFi max to the account.
