Ordering WiFi Pods

Hello I have the same problem - use the app that says I have poor connection in the bedroom. But no way of ordering a pod. And then keep going around in circles between app & website but no solutio...

Hello

I have the same problem - use the app that says I have poor connection in the bedroom. But no way of ordering a pod. No clear way of of ordering anything. 

Please can someone  contact me to help?!

    Hi Fonze1010,

    Thank you for your post and welcome to our community.

    Via the connect app, if this suggests a pod is needed, it should direct you to add WiFi max to the account.
