I ordered a Volt package 1st March I am still waiting to receive my O2 sim. Who do you contact to resolve the issue.

Hi,
When I switched to Volt I received 2 email's within minutes of switching to Volt ("O2 username" and "we have received your order"), if you didn't receive those then I would say your switch wasn't processed correctly.
I would call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and select the "leaving option" and speak to retentions who are usually UK based.
If you did receive those emails then you would need to call O2.
