Downloading games on Xbox getting 27Mbps when I pay for 500Mbps I’m literally on other side of the wall and it’s just dropping why am I paying for something that’s not even giving me what I pay for

Wired or Wireless?

Can you confirm if this is on a Wired or Wireless connection?

Xbox recommend quitting all games before downloading.

Wifi speed testing means nothing test by wire and by a PC as Xbox could be limiting
