Hi. I'm on Volt and also am struggling to order a pod. I've used the Connect app and there are persistent blacks pots, but I'm never prompted to order the WiFi pods. I called the number given here, but was cut off before speaking to anyone.

Please help with ordering a first WiFi pod

This seems to be a common problem with the app.  Just wait here a couple of days for a VM Mod to pick this up and discuss directly with you.

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
Sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having ordering a Pod,
I'd like to investigate this for you and get the first one sent out.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check your logo at the top right of your screen that would be great.
