Help required applying volt benefits to broadband

Hi,

I am an o2 and Virgin broadband customer and have renewed my broadband contract for another 18 months.

I have M350 broadband and would like to have the volt benefit applied so it is increased to M500 for free.

I would be grateful if a Forum Team member could help.

    Welcome back to the community forums

    Great to hear that you've renewed with us and looking to apply the volt benefits. 

    To apply volt benefits to your services, you do this through your O2 online account. You can find more information here. 

    Should your accounts be eligible ( so the O2 and Virgin Media services registered to the same address) The benefits will apply on Virgin Media services in 14 days. 

    If you Volt benefits are already applied you can see this through your Virgin Media online account and information.

      Is it possible for me to apply broadband volt benefits through Virgin account?
