Havent received broadband boost

Hi,

I've purchased an O2 monthly plan on the 31st of January, and I've had my Volt benefits applied on their side, but not the Broadband speed boost from Virgin Media.

I've double checked, and I should be eligible for it, I have M500 broadband and the address on both accounts are the same. Is there any way you'll be able to help?

Hi,

I am in the same scenario. Again O2 have added them but Virgin haven't. Hope you get a reply.
