Charged extra for Volt Benefits

I have recently activated Volt benefits that have been out lined as a free up grade for being an O2 and Virgin Media customer but upon looking at my latest bill I am now being charged an extra £15 for the up grade???

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your billing at the moment.

You should not be charged for any Volt upgrades, does your bill show what the increase is actually for? Have any discounts expired and increased your monthly price?
