Being charged extra for Volt Benefits

I have recently swapped to O2 and today they activated the Volt Benefits and I have just received an email from Virgin saying thank you for changing your package and it’s going up from £85 per month to £117

I thought it was a free benefit??

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our Community.
Sorry to hear you received an email advising of extra charges after a Volt deal.
Id like to take a look into this for you, as it should not increase the original price at all.
If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
