Is the banner at the bottom of the channel still showing the correct region? If it is then it is a switching issue with the BBC distribution that has caused an adjacent backup region to be shown in the place of the one that is not available. These issues are usually corrected in a day or so, & are outside VMs control (they can only show what is being fed to them by the BBCs network partners).
