Hi, i am being sent a remote for my V6 box but wont be here for up to 5 days. Meanwhile am using the remote control app but when watching after 9pm programmes i cannot enter the 4 digit pin with the keyboard. Also, i cannot pause, forward, reverse or stop live tv/ recorded programmes. Can anyone help, thanks.

When you're in the remote control function on the app, press the keyboard icon in the top-right and you should be able to enter numbers.

More info needed! Are you viewing these programmes on the app, or on your V6 TV box?

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the TV control app.
Had the steps japitts has kindly offered helped in resolving the issue with the pin?
Do you have access to the TVGO browser or app at all? You can watch your shows on there also should you need to for the time being whilst the remote is being sent. Steps on how to use the TVGO can be found here should you need.

Hi Jappits, i am watching tv via the V6 box and when i access the keyboard and tap in the first digit or all digits of my pin, nothing appears.
