V6 box freezing all the time

My V6 box is freezing my recordings, I start watching and then it freezes and I have to delete the recording, the live TV does the same pixilating and freezing, please can you help, thank you.

No I don't think I have the  same issue with on demand.[if by on demand you mean Netflix Amazon Prime etc] I'm pretty sure my V6 box is on the way out, thank you for your reply.

If live TV is pixellating & breaking up, so will the resultant recordings.

Do you have similar issues with OnDemand programmes? That will ID whether the issue is with the live-TV feed, or with your video output.

This is still happening all the time now, I can't watch anything I've recorded, can you send an engineer out please.

Just gone into my messages and the exact same thing  happened in April 2023, now this one is doing it, so these boxes don't last long do they. Please send an engineer to replace this box. and hopefully it will last londer than 19 months.

My V6 was fitted around 2019/2020 and is still giving perfect service, so you've potentially just got unlucky there.

Pixellation on live TV is often a signal fault, but that could just as easily be with your cabling as anything else. You don't book a replacement box, you report a fault which most likely needs a tech visit to investigate.

VM staff should respond on this forum in a couple of days, if you've not called into faults by then.

I tried calling them today and couldn't type in the security number fast enough, it kept saying it was wrong so I had to hang up, thank you for replying.

Sabrina I'm sorry to hijack this thread but I've posted about my V6 box freezing on recordings all the time and no team menber has replied,  I can't watch any recordings because they play for a few minutes then freeze, I have to delete them, I can't fast forward on them at all to get past the freezing, I'm just about ready to throw this box out of the window,  can you please help.

Thank you. but no ones replying except you, I need an engineer to come out with another box, yes another box because I know for sure we don't get new boxes, I can't watch any of my recordings,
