V6 box freezing all the time

My V6 box is freezing my recordings, I start watching and then it freezes and I have to delete the recording, the live TV does the same pixilating and freezing, please can you help, thank you.

    No I don't think I have the  same issue with on demand.[if by on demand you mean Netflix Amazon Prime etc] I'm pretty sure my V6 box is on the way out, thank you for your reply.

Thank you. but no ones replying except you, I need an engineer to come out with another box, yes another box because I know for sure we don't get new boxes, I can't watch any of my recordings,

      The engineer game to day which I didn't expect  seeing how the weather was, I didn't think he'd get up my street, so thank you Paul,  he fitted another box and fingers crossed it's much much better, thank you for all the help John.👍
